Sound Bath Workshop: Harmonize your inner landscape

Find stillness and deep relaxation as you bask in the vibrations of sound healing instruments.

The Sound Bath will include the use crystal bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes and more to help you access your inner landscape, and tune and harmonize the frequencies within your body. In this workshop you will be immersed in a soundscape sprinkled with silence, to help you release anxiety and tension as you connect to your most peaceful, natural state of being. Participants may choose to be seated in meditation or recline in a supported savasana, or adjust to any position that feels comfortable.

Emerge feeling reconnected and refreshed. First-timers welcome!

What is Yoga?

Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning 'to yoke' (or unite). Yoga is a journey of uniting breath & body and mind & soul through movement & stillness. Yoga is a practice that gives us the tools to move through our lives with grace & ease.

What if I'm not very flexible or athletic?

Yoga is not about being flexible or athletic. It is about bringing your whole self to the mat, meeting yourself with compassion, and getting curious about your embodied experience. When you come into the present moment with awareness and curiously you realize the power that we have when we observe with total awareness.
